Fring is a free mobile phone app that connects all your friends and all their social networks into one place. Also allows you to make free cell phone calls and video calls by way your cell phone data connection. In theory this means that you could switch your plan to the cheapest cell phone plan, get all your friends on Fring, thereby lowering your cell phone bill if you would normally use a lot of minutes talking to friends and family members.
