T-Mobile is currently being sued by a sued by a Text Message company for "allegedly blocking access to the T-Mobile network because of a client that provided information on medical marijuana". This action by one of the cheapest cell phone providers has raised a few eyebrows. There are those who are watching this as it could have major repercussions in regards to Net-Neutrality. Some believe that this maybe a blatant freedom of speech situation. Either way, when it comes to the internet and data transmissions, this is a situation that bares watching.
